One of the reasons I wanted to restart TWiS was exactly this; to give new contributors a sense of recognition. I remember when I had my first few PRs on it (back when it was a part of This Week In Rust), and it was a great feeling which motivated me further.
Welcome aboard! If the E-Easy bugs on Github aren't enough, feel free to ping someone in IRC. Another thing you can do is trawl through web platform test failures (some instructions here <https://github.com/servo/servo/blob/master/src/test/wpt/README.md>).
