We use a Vidyo room that sometimes changes; join #servo and ping one of
us for the link.
I could not find an official link for VidyoDesktop, but CERN has some
downloads here:

IIRC the Linux version is only officially supported on Ubuntu and
Fedora. I can’t get it to emit audio on Archlinux.
VidyoMobile for Android is available on Google Play and at
http://www.vidyo.com/support/software-downloads/
This is what I use.
We also have an (audio-only) phone bridge.
