Josh, HTMLSectionElement.webidl is no in http://mxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/source/dom/webidl/. And HTMLSectionElement is not defined by current specs: whatwg HTML, w3c HTML5, w3c HTML5.1. How do we care about it?
