All,
As you know, CAs who currently have access to the CCADB are now able to
directly enter and update their Root Inclusion Cases [1].
I would like to extend this capability to new CAs, so I propose that we
add the description in the following document to a web page in

The DRAFT web form for new CAs to request access is here:

Note: Any data entered now will be considered test data, and will be
deleted without processing. I will post a comment here in m.d.s.p when
it is ready for real data.
Details: The web form will cause a "Lead" object to be created in the
CCADB. Us root store operators will then evaluate the Lead to determine
if a new CA Owner object and Contact should be created, and if a CCADB
CA Community License should be issued to the Contact.
As always, I will greatly appreciate your constructive and thoughtful
feedback on this new process, instructions, and web form.
