Note that on Linux you need to set gfx.webrender.all to true, because .enabled by itself won't do much unless you also force on acceleration. That being said, for the "slow frames" request that Matt had at the start of this thread, we are most interested in reports from Windows 10 + NVidia desktop users. If you are seeing excessive slow frames on other configurations, please feel free to file a bug but it won't be as high of a priority for us at the moment.
