There are TOTP programs for non-mobile OSes as well. See https://superuser.com/questions/462478/is-there-a-google-authenticator-desktop-client Though, you must be careful -- if I were to use a desktop/laptop for this, I'd dedicate it to this sole function and ensure it had no network access.
