70 feels like the bare minimum. I think this needs to be an editable setting if 
it is reduced from 100. But I feel like the standard width should not drop 
below 80 to 100 px for usability and comfortability reasons. I guess hardcore 
users who seek this behaviour of ultra-narrow tabs will find the setting.
