The triage process is not set up for this situation in general AIUI.
One particular thing I don't understand is how the triage process
deals with changes to a bug's priority when there is new
information, such as a failure becoming more frequent.

A needinfo for the owner works well when this is done, thank you,
but sometimes the needinfo is removed when the test is disabled.
May I request that the needinfo remain in place until there is a
response, please?
