bcc: all@ *Service and Impact:* A bug has been discovered in the code running the Corporate and Release team firewalls in our SCL3 data center. This bug causes a fail over condition which interrupts connectivity to services running in AWS until a manual recovery step is performed. There is currently no way to predict when or how often this could occur. To ensure service stability and availability, IT has coordinated a maintenance window with Release and Cloud Engineering teams to remediate. This work will be performed in the same manner as the previous Tree Closing Window this past Saturday (time was 06:00a-07:30a PDT) and will cause service interruption to SCL3 resources.
