Neo is a tool for creating and building React web apps with zero initial configuration and minimal fuss. It's not another React boilerplate; rather is bakes in the best Webpack, Babel, and ESLint configurations by giving you a single development dependency from which you can write, test, and build your app and hit the ground running.
