I would rather suggest Bugzilla magically replace link of DXR to the
current version... Or alternatively, have a user script which converts
the link according to the post time of a comment?

The later is probably better, as it works with existing links as well,
and allows people to keep their link short and neat. But it would need
DXR to provide a service for querying commit it's using at a given time
(which I don't know if DXR actually keeps).
