Summarizing the replies, since they all came to me personally somehow :)

*   Everyone agrees Morgan and I will need to make a custom probe
    (as expected) if we want to correlate anything with the Slow Script
    dialog.

*   We don't have a "responsiveness index", but several people have
    found INPUT_EVENT_RESPONSE_MS useful.

*   We don't have a Telemetry probe for dropping graphics frames.
