We use :-moz-locale-dir extensively in frontend code. Who will own converting
that to the unprefixed version?
Or, if :-moz-locale-dir is still supported after the transition period, can we
discuss deprecating it in favour of unprefixed alternatives?

Thanks,

Mike.
