I plan to add this, along with the lint from upstream, once it is easy to add specific lint jobs to treeherder; aiui a general framework for adding this kind of job is currently in progress.
The problem with changes to reftests producing huge diffs in the manifest is now fixed upstream, and will be pulled in with the next wpt update.
