Hello, the Marketplace is removing support for payments [1], so we don't need navigator.mozPay [2] anymore. This API was initially implemented for Firefox OS and later enabled for desktop WebRT and Android, but it never got much usage or any real interest on the standardization path.
The patch to remove it from the tree is available at [3].
