But isn't using a tool to enforce policy better than depending on humans?
If the tool can make a Try run as well, the developer friction seems fairly
low. Especially, if the tool can help us avoid the "it was a trivial change
but broke something anyway" situation that can happen.

Again, why wouldn't we use this as an opportunity to improve would workflow?
