Service workers are not going to ship in 43 and will not ride the trains to beta. We are past the half-way point in the release cycle and we still have some significant bugs that would need to get uplifted.
We will continue to let service workers ride the trains to aurora in 44. We will resume uplifting fixes to aurora after the next merge (Nov 3). Please let us know if there are any concerns. Thanks.
