There has been a change in how Socorro records crash signatures.  All
signature pieces between < and > are now collapsed into <T>.

That means that some crashes look like they stopped on June 12, when they
really have not.  Please be on the lookout for this as you interpret
crash-stats.

This should be affecting tools built to identify significant crashes.  It
also means that people looking at particular crash signatures to verify if
a crash sig has disappeared (often the best verification we can manage for
a crash bug)  or is getting worse.
