> color blindness
I know this is a common way to call color vision deficiency, but it's the wrong
term. So called "color blindness" really means you see colors *differently*
than other people, sometimes it means you cannot see some shades that others
do, but it never means you don't see colors.

Please use "color vision deficiency" for clarity and out of respect.

Also I hope that you do not just exclude people with color vision deficiency as
biased. Compression should cater for all. Some shades appear to have more
differences than for typical people, some less. It is not accurate to think of
people with color vision deficiency as seeing the same as typical people but
with less colors or vibrancy. Like I said, some colors differences are *more*
pronounced when you have color vision deficiency (compared to what they are for
typical people) some less (the only case people seem to know about).

In summary, people see colors differently, not just less or more.
