Also, it may be "challenging" to contact the Chrome team and ask them for their 
conversion rates to install by country, but I would imagine they are probably 
facing similar challenges. They may also have other methods of distribution to 
get around the constraints or have enough marketing $$ to offsets organic 
growth in emerging markets.

If anyone does have any non-Firefox information to share, it would be helpful. 
This is probably a challenge with any kind of download, browser or not.

On the other hand, what is the download size of the downloadable
alternatives to Firefox? What is their adoption in regions with poor
internet speeds? If the answer to both those questions is "bigger",
(which I genuinely don't know if it is) there is nothing wrong with
our download size.
