If you go to the full report link in the original email, you can click
on each line to get deltas. The 3456 enabled mochitest-plain tests
look like mostly Android tests.

Yep, we just started collecting data for Android last week, so in the
eyes of the test-informant every android mochitest was "added". The fact
that this shows up in the summary is a bug that I should probably fix..
