Tl;dr: the mapfiles for gecko-dev + gecko-projects are likely moving, this week. If you consume them, you probably want to read on.
The intent was to move away from using http://people.mozilla.org/~asasaki/vcs2vcs/ a long time ago, but good-to-clean-up bugs tend to lose the priority race against blocker and critical bugs, so it's stayed there. Is anyone actively consuming the mapfiles / logs there? The URL will likely go away by EOW, so a) we need to publish them somewhere else temporarily (possibly under http://people.mozilla.org/~pmoore/...), and b) consumers need to consume them from the new location.
