There is a new bugzilla component specifically to track issues with
content processes. Core: DOM: Content Processes.
This is intended to separate core-IPC bugs from content-process bugs in
bugzilla, because they have different owners.
Bugs in the core IPC layer and IPDL should continue to be filed in Core:
IPC. This layer is shared with plugin processes, content processes, and
future media-plugin processes.
Bugs that affect content processes specifically, including any code in
dom/ipc, should be filed in the new Core: DOM: ContentProcesses component.
Bugs which affect multi-process plugins in particular should continue to
be filed in Core: Plug-Ins.
I'll shortly be going through the existing bugs in Core: IPC and moving
them as appropriate.
