Hi everyone, I just landed bug 1004564 which moved AtomicRefCounted to the mozilla::external interface. AtomicRefCounted is currently used in only two places in the mozglue code because of the specific linkage requirements of that code, and no new usage of this class is allowed in code in mozilla-central.
