Debugger.script.source.displayURL isn't available for new Function scripts that contain the //# sourceURL directive when accessing it within Debugger.onNewScript hook.
It's properly set when testing the flag after timeout. Note that it's properly set for eval scripts (within the onNewScript hook). Is this a bug?
