afaik there has been a period where we tried to move off of nsI prefix
to mozI prefix, to identify new interfaces from "old" ones.
I'm pretty sure this only happened in storage and places and nowhere
else! :-)

Again, that is basically places and storage and nowhere else as far as I
can tell.
