I generally don't use checkin-needed because my landings tend to consist of
a large set of patches, some of which may have drifted out of sync with the
ones on the bug that were marked "r+ with comments". The source of truth
for these patches is my local repo, and I'm concerned that trying to keep
them all up-to-date on the bug would be error prone.

If I could mark checkin-needed with a github URL or something, that would
be great. :-)
