about:telemetry improvements following bug 840097 and bug 945044 (already
available on nightlies):
- Histograms could be copied to clipboard as text ("Copy" button appears on
hover).
- about:telemetry restores expanded/collapsed section states and position
(locate a histogram, reload, and expect it to remain visible).
- Added a histograms filter field (as you type, accepts strings (ANDed), or
regexp). Filter value is also kept on reload.
- Empty sections are grayed out.
To reset state and filter: CTRL-F5 (reload without caching).
