I would favour a whiteboard tag or keyword on the bug tracking the build

workaround and/or info on what to back out locally.
I'm not opposed to a whiteboard tag or maybe a set of whiteboard tags (so we can indicate
what configurations are affected). We could even make a wiki page that uses the bugzilla
plugin to show the query! This would still suffer from the "the latest information
doesn't match my current tree+config combination" issue that gps raised; e.g. people
building Aurora or Beta wouldn't find the query super useful.
We could do the whiteboard tag(s) in addition to a source-controlled document, and somewhere in
the document add something like "don't see your issue here? Try this - <bugzilla query
or wiki link or here>"
I'm all for this.
We could generally do better organizing the build config bugs. It's
currently a mess of 1162 open bugs without much organization. We could
definitely use a good triage.
