They've been red for a long time partially because the Valgrind version
wasn't upgraded as Firefox was developed. If I'm not wrong the Valgrind
version we're using on tbpl is 3.6.x (released late 2010 / early 2011).
Thanks for the clarification, Gary! I _personally_ would like us to
have Valgrind builds, perma-red builds which are hidden on TBPL don't
really help many people. If we don't have a strong indication that the
version of Valgrind on our pool won't get upgraded soon, I think it's
fair for us to turn those builds off until the version upgrade happens
and we can turn them back on in a non-perma-red state.
