Hi Allen, I'm following up with Release Engineering about the availability of the 15.0 xulrunner installer. For issues you're seeing running XULRunner itself, please file a bug against Toolkit/XULRunner and nominate for Firefox 15/16 tracking - we'll try to find somebody to help take a look.
