What are the semantics of the shEntry passed to nsIDocShell::LoadURI (mxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/source/docshell/base/nsDocShell.cpp#1279)? What does it mean for it to be non-null? What does it mean for it to be null? Doesn't make sense for shEntry to be non-null when replacing the previous session history entry with the load that's about to start?
