I put nothing past NetSol's abilty to screw things up.

As much as I hate it, this is usually where I just camp on the phone until
I get some one at NetSol who can straighten it out.  Figure 12-16 hours,
mostly on hold ;-<<

Can't really tell the state since you didn't give the domain, BUT if it's
not expired or even a month or so, NetSol still controls it and ask for
someone higher up if the person you got says that.
