I posted this earlier to deafening indifference - anyone from OpenSRS care
to comment (Charles ?). Numbers 2&3 would be very useful.
Background is that, as I accept cash/cheque customers, I put into pending
any domain registered with my cash option ticked. If the customer uses
credit cards I use the register_domain routine in the api to bypass the
pending. This then allows me to pend cash and immediately register approved
credit or account customers
Couple of problems are that transfers cannot be processed by register_domain
and so they have to go into pending and also the new bulk transfer appears
to take the same position on pending as sw_register (and as I have that as
default pending then my bulk transfers are pending too - even if I want them
to be immediate). So a flag that will allow bulk transfers to be immediately
initiated would be great and also the ability to initiate a transfer using
register_domain would be great. - any possibilities ?

couple a suggestions for the future:
1. allow the cancellation or submit for batch transfers from the view page -
as in view pending registrations - ie don't make us have to go into the
actual batch to cancel
2. create a flag that will allow batch transfers to be pended or not
3. upgrade register_domain to accept transfer as an action as well as
register - allows a transfer to be non pended if desired
