The Taskgraph submodule covers the in-tree code to generate tasks for Firefox and other projects, including implementing cron tasks and actions. It also covers management of the relevant Taskcluster resources, most critically the scopes afforded to people and repositories and ensuring the integrity of Firefox releases.
Recent months have seen amazing things in this arena: support for projects outside of Firefox (culminating in a general-purpose ci-taskgraph library), more flexible configuration of tasks and worker-types, control of decision task creation from start to finish (listening to pulse messages from hgmo), soft dependencies, progress toward repeatable builds, and much more. Tom Prince has been deeply involved in all of this work, leading the way on much of it. He's got some great ideas on future directions and is doing a great job of rallying support for those ideas and implementing them. So I'm pleased to announce that *Tom is now the owner of the Tasgraph submodule*, and I will be remaining in the module as a peer. Congratulations to Tom, and I'm looking forward to exciting new developments around Taskgraph and Firefox CI in the coming months! Dustin
