Sorry, no Microsoft Windows used. I'm building on Linux with a rather
recent kernel.

If WSL stands for "Windows Subsystem Linux", it is probably not involved.
Perhaps another meaning for "WSL" was intended?

As far as i can tell, I'm not using Microsoft Visual Studio.
