As previously announced[1], Firefox builds now (or momentarily will) have a hard-dependency on NodeJS 8.11.0 or newer.
Anyone (other than certain specific automation tasks) who has been using --disable-nodejs in their mozconfig as a workaround for problems should now remove this in order for their build to continue working. If you haven’t already installed NodeJS, you’ll need to do so now. For Mac, Windows, and most Linux distros, `mach bootstrap --no-system-changes` or `mach bootstrap` should be enough. For other cases, you can install it whereever you like, as long as it’s in your $PATH. The information from the previous postings (particularly the [detailed announcement][1]) should still generally be accurate.
