Interesting. A build/test job https://treeherder.mozilla.org/#/jobs?repo=try-comm-central&revision=7b322c1a752f78b1d8502cd873990a48e13005f1 shows that the particular errors I noticed occur only for debug builds. Opt builds do not show the errors in that submission by mschroeder.
