Did you use one of the "start-shell-msvcXXXX.bat" scripts to launch a
shell? The build targets 32-bit platforms by default. Don't use the -x64
versions of the batch scripts.

Pasting the output of configure somewhere would also help diagnosing. If
you join #build on irc.mozilla.org and ask for help, someone should be
around to assist.
