We're trying to save bandwidth by not downloading everything for everyone.
Android requires the Android SDK; Android artifact builds doesn't require
the Android NDK.  Technically, we could install everything for everyone.

We're also trying to suggest a sensible mozconfig for a build
configuration.  There's no way to do one thing for everyone here, and I see
no way to divine this without asking.  Feel free to bikeshed the copy.
