On my Windows system the header file is located in
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Kits\8.1\Include\winrt"
Maybe you need to provide the build system with the location of the
Windows SDK somehow? Or maybe there is some switch to turn off features
that require Windows SDK for building?
