I would suggest trying a clobber build with an empty mozconfig to recover from that 1318 error.
4 GB RAM is pushing the limits. You are likely not going to have a pleasant time building Firefox. I would have no less than 8 GB on any platform, especially if you are compiling with multiple processes in parallel.
