I have not heard of such a thing. On Mac we build with the XCode toolchain, so I see no reason such a project couldn't exist.
We do have relatively robust, actively used, and mostly maintained Eclipse/CDT project generation. If I were you, I'd start with that Eclipse project and try to arrange an XCode project out of it.
