Actually, I am new to linux and android,
what I understood from Bug 951968, the problem may be related to the versions
of SDK and NDK, it should be NDK r8e and SDK V.16,
reviewing the guide that I followed:

I found that I already installed NDK r8e, but for SDK, I found the following
note in the guide:
"...do not update the "Android SDK Tools" component beyond 22.0.5! You must also uncheck
version 18 or higher of "Android SDK Build-tools" and check version 17 instead."
and when I run the GUI updater, I found the following packages are installed in
my machine:
"Android SDK Tools" Rev. 22.3 installed,
"Android SDK Build-tools" Rev. 19 installed,
"Android SDK Build-tools" Rev. 17 installed.
so, I should delete both "Android SDK Tools" Rev. 22.3 and "Android SDK
Build-tools" Rev. 19 ?
I really don't know, but you should install SDK tools 22.0.5 and build
tools 17 and see if that fixes the issue. If it doesn't, that's useful
information; if it does, we can update the Wiki to reflect exactly what
the problem is.
