unity-panel-service crashed with SIGABRT in raise()

Bug description:
When I opened Ubuntu and opened Transmission (which was already
started), Apport came up with this bug. However, Transmission was not
affected. Neither were any other services. Not sure if this bug is
related to transmission or not.
I have following programs to start in Startup Applications:
-Dropbox
-Empathy
-Evolution Alarm Notify
-GNOME Login Sound
-NVIDIA X Server Settings
-Transmission
