Bug description:
Unity should have a section in gnome-control-center (System Settings)
as "Desktop" or "Unity Desktop", so that users can edit basic
settings, and potential future settings, without having to use CCSM.
All that is required is to make a section in gnome-control center for
Unity and duplicate settings controls from Compiz. They would of
course still use the Compiz backed to store the settings
configuration, but it would be accessible to configure without CCSM.
