Title:
  Confirmation Empty trash in foreground

Status in “unity-2d” package in Ubuntu:
  Opinion

Bug description:
I'm not sure it is the right package to ask change in the default
  behavior.

I think there is an aspect of the trash icon to be improved.

With some applications (for example Thunderbird, Google Chrome,
LibreOffice), if I click "Empty Trash" on Trash icon, the confirmation
of emptying the trash goes into background.

This is uncomfortable. In oder to confirm this operation is necessary
  to minimize some window.

By default, the behavior should be that this message is forced to
appear in the foreground in front of all other windows.
