Bug description:
UPDATE:
The visual is still not perfect, but the positioning of the scrollbars (well,
the results scrolled area, especially the padding), is the first big issue of
this bug. Please first fix the positioning to be 1:1 with the design, then we
can tweak the visual of the bar.
ORIGINAL:
Update dash scrollbars in line with the Unity overlay scroll bars.
