I can't attach my system info to the existing ticket

Bug description:
If I report bug and somebody already reported it, I can't attach my
system info to that report. But this system info can help developers
to fix this bug. So, I need to create new ticket for attaching my
system info. But this inconvenient for developers and apport will
delete my ticket and my system info. So, I need to attach my system
info to the existing ticket if this bug already reported.
