  12.04 on VMware Fusion GUI

Status in “shadow” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Installed 12.04 on Vmware Player but GUI does not start by default. I
  have installed VMware tools and still nothing.

  Manual 'startx' works fine.

  Terminal says to wait as VMWare tools are still being installed
